Piper Con­struc­tion & Main­te­nance is the name of my construction/ handy­man busi­ness. Some of the ser­vices I pro­vide in this busi­ness include:

• Remod­el­ing and Additions
• Pole Barn design and construction
• Roof­ing
• Dry­wall instal­la­tion and repairs
• Deck design and construction
• Paint­ing
• Vinyl Sid­ing
• Win­dow and Door replacement
• Gut­ters and down spouting
• Garage door installation
• Lam­i­nate and Sheet Vinyl floor installation
• Tile instal­la­tion
• Plumb­ing repairs
• Res­i­den­tial Elec­tri­cal Repairs
• House­hold Repairs
• Odd Jobs and handy­man work
• Yard work and Tree cleanup
• HVAC (Diag­nos­tic and Con­trol sys­tems only)
• Cus­tom Wood working

As you can see from this list, I offer a wide vari­ety of ser­vices. For the most part there is no job too large or too small. There are some lim­i­ta­tions to a few of the ser­vices I have listed here but they depend on the spe­cific job in ques­tion. Hav­ing all of these ser­vices to offer means that I can com­plete a job with­out the help (or has­sle) of sub con­tract­ing parts of jobs out to other com­pa­nies. You get the whole job done by one per­son so that the qual­ity of the entire job is consistent.

There are a cou­ple of excep­tions how­ever. Two notable ser­vices that I do not pro­vide are:

• Larger Con­crete and masonry jobs. If you need a pad poured for a cen­tral air unit or an apron poured for a door­way I can help you there. But if you are need of some­one to pour a floor for you garage or install a foun­da­tion wall for a build­ing, you will have to have that done by some­one else. Work­ing with con­crete is one of the few things that I have never really had an inter­est in.
• Car­pet instal­la­tion is another job that I do not per­form. I don’t have the equip­ment and it’s another ser­vice that I’m really not inter­ested in providing.

Other than that, there is a good chance that I can help you. If you need some­thing done that is not listed any­where above, ask me about it. It may be some­thing that I do and I just for­got to men­tion it or I may be able to refer you to a rep­utable com­pany that does.
